1. Compress warm water

Apply a warm compress on the lower part of your stomach or take a warm bath, to increase circulation and fight muscle contractions that may cause flatulence during menstruation.

If your flatulence is accompanied by abdominal pain, applying a warm compress can help reduce pain during your period.

You can wet a clean towel in hot water and place it on your stomach. In addition, you can also use a hot water bottle to compress your stomach while lying down. It can help the digestive organs by promoting soothing circulation.

2. Moderate exercise
