By doing regular exercise, it can also improve the quality of your sleep that was previously disturbed and improve your mood. The recommended sport is swimming or other types of exercise of moderate intensity.
4. Food allergies or food intolerances
Food does provide energy for the body, but for some people who have allergies, foods that make them allergic actually make them tired quickly. Fatigue in this case is a sign of an allergy or intolerance to a food. Therefore, avoid foods that you are allergic to. If you don't know what foods you are allergic to, then you should discuss this with your doctor. Foods to which you are allergic can also make you very sleepy 10 to 30 minutes after eating them.
5. Heart disease
If you feel tired when you walk a short distance or climb a few steps, then you may have a heart health problem. Various heart diseases, such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, or various other blood vessel disorders have the same symptoms, namely fatigue. Heart disease has become the number one cause of death in the world. Therefore, if you often feel tired even though you do light activities, you should check with your doctor.
6. Rheumatism
Rheumatism is inflammation that occurs in the joints and causes symptoms such as swelling, redness, pain, stiffness, and excessive fatigue. This disease is often experienced by groups in the age range of 20 to 40 years and tends to be experienced by women. The cause of rheumatism is an autoimmune or compromised immune system which causes joints to become inflamed.
7. Sleep apnea
Sleep apnea is a difficulty breathing during sleep. A person who experiences this disorder experiences symptoms of excessive fatigue, fatigue when waking up, and snoring when sleeping. Some of the risks involved sleep apnea occurs namely obesity, smoking habits, and an unhealthy lifestyle.
8. Type 2 diabetes
Symptoms experienced by people with type 2 diabetes mellitus are weight loss, fatigue, increased urine output, continuing to feel thirsty and hungry. Unlike type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes is caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, high consumption of sugar and fat, and rarely doing physical activity, so that the body cannot control the increased blood sugar levels. 9. Hypothyrodism
The thyroid gland is an organ of the body that regulates various body functions such as the respiratory system, heart rate, body temperature, fat levels in the body, the nervous system, and so on. When the thyroid gland is not working properly, it is known as hypothyroidism. This disease is caused by autoimmune or disorders of the immune system. Hypothyroidism has symptoms such as depression, weight gain, fatigue, and easy chills.
