2. Estrogen

If you are taking Redoxon with estrogen therapy drugs, it is possible that vitamin C slows down the removal of excess estrogen from the body. This has the potential to cause side effects from the consumption of estrogen therapy drugs.

3. Chemotherapy

Vitamin C contained in Redoxon is classified as an antioxidant. Chances are, antioxidants can affect the efficacy of treatment for cancer patients, especially chemotherapy drugs.

4. HIV / AIDS drugs

Also avoid taking Redoxon if you are currently undergoing treatment for HIV / AIDS. This results in a reduced success rate for HIV / AIDS drugs.

Examples of HIV / AIDS drugs that should not be combined with Redoxon are:

• amprenavir
• nelfinavir
• ritonavir
• saquinavir

5. Cholesterol-lowering drugs (statins)

Cholesterol-lowering drugs, or statins, also have the potential to cause interactions with the vitamin C in Redoxon. Some statin drugs that should not be combined with vitamin C include:

• atorvastatin
• fluvastatin
• lovastatin
• pravastatin

What foods and drinks should not be consumed when using Redoxon?

Certain medicines should not be taken while eating or consuming certain foods because there are possible drug interactions.

Smoking or consuming alcohol with certain drugs can also cause interactions to occur. Discuss your use of drugs with food, alcohol, or tobacco with your doctor.

In addition, excessive use of this multivitamin can cause you to experience hypercalcemia. Hypercalcemia is a condition in which excess calcium in the body, especially teeth bones, is in an excess amount.
