Ingredients for roasted rice
- 250 grams of brown rice, washed
- 120 grams of virgin coconut milk

- 2 tbsp olive oil

How to saute anchovies

How to make brown rice
- Puree shallots, garlic, and red chilies using a pestle or blender.
