Various yoga movements for men that can overcome impotence
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a problem that affects about five percent of men aged 40 years and over. It also affects up to 25 percent of men aged 65 and over. This problem has increased in recent years. The thing that causes this condition is not only the age factor. Some unhealthy lifestyles, stress, and addiction to pornography can also be the cause. So don't be surprised if erectile dysfunction can occur at any age, even at a young age.
By relaxing the body and making the mind free from stress, yoga helps men overcome impotence, including other problems in bed such as orgasm, premature ejaculation, and even strengthening bonds with a partner during sex.
Here are four yoga movements to treat erectile dysfunction in men, which can also re-heat your sex drive.
1. Naukasana
Naukasama, or boat pose, can help activate sexual hormones in men. This pose is also able to strengthen the thighs and hip muscles which allows men to last a long time during hot sessions in bed.
To perform this movement, position your body on the floor with your hands at your sides and your feet facing each other. While inhaling, raise your chest and legs with your arms extended toward your feet. Hold the position for a few seconds, then exhale while returning to the starting position
2. Kumbhakasana
Kumbhakasan, or commonly known as the plank position, is very effective in treating erectile dysfunction. In addition, this pose also adds resilience when engaging in sexual intercourse with a partner. Apart from these benefits, another advantage is that the upper body becomes stronger as well.
To do this pose, start with your face down with your hands next to your thighs. After that, slowly your hands move forward, while your knees and buttocks are slowly raised and moved to form a line. This position is done depending on the strength in supporting the weight of your own body. The longer you can bear body weight, the better your resistance will be.
3. Dhanurasana
The bow pose is known to stimulate your reproductive organs. In addition, if done regularly, it can overcome the problem of premature ejaculation and increase the intensity of orgasms during sexual intercourse.
This bow position is performed lying on flat ground and the stomach is the fulcrum. Then make sure that your feet are hip-width apart and that your arms are at your sides. After that, slowly lift your leg and hold your leg followed by lifting your chest while inhaling. The legs are then pulled up. Hold this position for 20 seconds.
4. Ardha ustrasana
This pose can help form posture and overcome digestive problems as well as have an impact on the male urogenital system.
This position is performed with the left and right knees apart. But make sure if your arms are to stay at your sides. Then hold your left knee with your right hand while your left hand is pulled across your head. Hold this position for 30 seconds and do the same movement with the position of the switched hands.
