1. Tree pose

Yoga movement tree pose is a basic pose to train balance and also increase flexibility. The method is quite easy, first start by standing up straight. Then, place your palms in front of your chest.
For the legs, bend the knees outwards away from the body and place the soles of the feet on the thighs as shown above. Hold this movement for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, replace the other leg and repeat the same movement.
2. Downward-facing dog

In this position the body is inverted V-shaped, with the head facing downwards. First, start by bending over with your hands on the mat. Then, the position of the palms should be more forward than the shoulders.
Next to the leg position, place your knees on the mat bending. Next, lift your knees that are resting on the mat until your legs are straight from end to end. You can see an example of the movement as shown above.
Make sure that the body is straight, not slouching while doing this pose. Maintain this position while taking 5-10 deep breaths.
3. Cat-cow

The cat-cow is one of the most important movements when starting yoga. Especially for those of you who have back pain problems. Performing this movement regularly provides good stretching for spinal health.
You can see the movement like the picture above. Place your palms and knees on the mat, then stretch your spine in a bending and straightening motion. Feel slowly that your spine should always stay straight.
4. Mountain pose

Mountain pose is one of the simplest yoga movements. Stand still with your chest open and your hands at your sides. This movement is also used to analyze your posture, whether your posture is correct. You may have had your shoulders tilted to one side or that you have slouched too much.
You can start doing this movement standing up straight. Then feel your back feel really straight. Position your hands at your sides with open arms.
5. A child's yoga pose

This is one of the most relaxing relaxing movements after any other yoga move. Whenever you feel overwhelmed or feel tired, relax with this child pose. From your previous downward-facing dog pose, lower your buttocks downward, placing your knees and the backs of your feet on the mat.
Also lower your shoulders to the floor with your head facing the floor. Extend your arms as far forward as possible.
