5 Yoga moves for beginners at home (not difficult, really!)

Are you interested in doing yoga? If you haven't yet had time to meet up with your yoga coach or take a class, there are a few simple yoga exercises you can try at home. What are the yoga movements for beginners at home? Check out the following reviews.

1. Tree pose

Yoga movement tree pose is a basic pose to train balance and also increase flexibility. The method is quite easy, first start by standing up straight. Then, place your palms in front of your chest.

2. Downward-facing dog

4. Mountain pose

Mountain pose is one of the simplest yoga movements. Stand still with your chest open and your hands at your sides. This movement is also used to analyze your posture, whether your posture is correct. You may have had your shoulders tilted to one side or that you have slouched too much.

You can start doing this movement standing up straight. Then feel your back feel really straight. Position your hands at your sides with open arms.

5. A child's yoga pose

This is one of the most relaxing relaxing movements after any other yoga move. Whenever you feel overwhelmed or feel tired, relax with this child pose. From your previous downward-facing dog pose, lower your buttocks downward, placing your knees and the backs of your feet on the mat.
