Take 10 mg orally four times a day 15 minutes before meals and at bedtime. Can be increased up to 20 mg per dose if needed.
- Dosage for Gastroparesis in adults:
Take 10 mg orally four times a day 15 minutes before meals and at bedtime. Can be increased up to 20 mg per dose if needed.
- Dosage for dyspepsia in adults:
Take 5 mg orally 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. Can be increased up to 10 mg per dose if needed.

For ages over 1 year use 0.2 to 0.3 mg / kg / oral dose three to 4 times a day. The maximum dose should only be 10 mg per dose.
