Keep a list of all the products you use (including prescription / non-prescription drugs and herbal products) and consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not start, stop, or change the dose of any medication without your doctor's approval.

1. Blood thinners or anticoagulants
If you take vitamin E together with blood thinners or anticoagulants, it is possible that the combination could have serious side effects. One of them is the risk of bleeding, especially if the amount of vitamin E consumed exceeds 400 IU a day.

- warfarin (Coumadin)
- apixaban
