The human body is made up of cells, tissues and organs. Cells will form a network, then the tissue will form organs such as the lungs and heart. However, do you know what a network is? Human tissue is a collection of cells with a similar arrangement. This group of cells works together to achieve a specific function. In the human body, there are four main types of tissue. Find out more about human networks in the following review.

What is a human network?

Human tissue is a collection of cells that make up the human body. The tissues make up the arms, legs, hands, and organs such as the lining of the stomach, lungs, brain and others. Every part of the body has its own function. Therefore, there are many types of tissue that make up the human body.

If you enlarge the tissue through a microscope, you will see that human tissue is a neatly organized group of cells based on their individual structure and function. Based on the grouping of these cells, tissues are formed and then build up organs and other parts of the body.

Different types of human tissue

As mentioned above, the human body is made up of 4 different types of tissue. The four are muscle tissue, connective tissue, epithelial tissue, and nerve tissue in the body. The following is each explanation.

Muscle tissue

Muscles are soft tissues in the body that help control body movements. Muscle tissue is made up of long, fibrous cells that can contract and expand, creating an urge for movement.

The cells in muscle tissue are arranged in parallel and bound lines, so that muscle tissue is the strongest tissue in the human body.

Epithelial tissue

Epithelial tissue can be found on the body as well as the lining of several cavities and internal organs. Epithelial cells are intended for specific bodily functions, including secretion, selective absorption, protection, transellular transport and taste.

Epithelial tissue is made of epithelial cells. These cells can be flat or flattened, cubes or columns. The cells stick together tightly, making sheets single or stacked. Like a tightly sewn blanket, epithelium is an excellent protection for parts of the human body.

Connective tissue

As the name suggests, connective tissue plays a role in providing support (support) and hold the body parts together. This tissue fills the empty space between the organs. Some of the connective tissues include adipose (fat); the collagen fibers that make up the tendons and ligaments; and cartilage and bone, including tissue and bone marrow.

Neural network

Human nervous tissue is found within the nervous system and is made of special, unique cells. Like an electrical circuit, the nervous system transmits signals from the nerves to the spinal cord and brain. Cells known as neurons conduct these impulses, so you can use all senses such as touch, taste, and smell.
