Take the capsules exactly as recommended by your doctor. In general, take about 1 or 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals. Your doctor will tell you which dosage suits you, and this will also be printed on the label as a reminder.

You must swallow the capsule with plenty (at least a full glass) of water. This is to prevent unwanted side effects (such as kidney stones) and to prevent the capsule from getting stuck in your throat and causing irritation. Do not open or chew the capsules.
