What is the Ormeloxifene dosage for adults?
For dysfunctional uterine bleeding: 60 mg twice a week for the first 12 weeks, then 60 mg once a week for up to 12 weeks.
For contraception: use 1 tablet (30 mg) 2 times a week for the first 12 weeks, then 1 tablet (30 mg) once a week from the 13th week. Take the first tablet on the first day of the menstrual cycle. Follow dosage regardless of menstrual period.
