Maybe you get goosebumps all of a sudden in cold weather. No need to be afraid first because this is natural. The cold temperature stimulates the small muscles in each rambt follicle to contract. So, the fine hairs on the arms, legs, or back stand up.

When you have a fever you may get goosebumps more often. The reason is, fever is the body's response to extreme cold temperatures. So, when you are cold, your body will try to raise the normal temperature so that the organ functions properly.

How to deal with goosebumps when it's cold
Cold from goosebumps can actually make our bodies uncomfortable. Therefore, this can be overcome if we want to follow these natural methods:
1. Warm up
In order to deal with chills, try to move to a warmer place, wear thick clothes, or take a warm shower. These methods can restore normal body temperature and allow the muscles around the fine hair to relax.
2. Take advantage of fruits and vegetables
One way to deal with this situation is to use fruits and vegetables. Peel the mango skin and boil the fruit. After boiling and cooling, rub it on the skin which is chilled for about two weeks.
Apart from mangoes, we can also use water from spinach, grapes, strawberries, carrots, or oranges. Squeeze the fruit with a juicer or hand, then apply it on the affected area about 3-4 times per day for two weeks. This juice can help overcome the feeling of cold goosebumps.
3. Use oatmeal
Oatmeal paste can also help to relieve the chills that occur on our skin. First of all, prepare warm water in our bath then sprinkle the oatmeal in it, and wait for it to soak. Start with 8-10 cups of oatmeal which will be mixed with our bath water.
