How to make

  1. To make the sauce, prepare a skillet that has been greased. Saute shrimp, red chilies, bird's eye chilies and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add water and let it boil.
  3. After boiling, add tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and brown sugar. Cook again until it boils.
  4. Enter the sago starch solution, stir until bubbling.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the vinegar then mix well.
  6. To make a coating solution, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  7. Then, dip the kale in the coating material.
