Does penis size affect sexual satisfaction? & bull; hello healthy

Sexual relations basically require mutual satisfaction from both men and women. On the one hand, sometimes the size of a man's penis is used as a basis for sexual satisfaction. "The larger the size of a man's penis, the greater the resulting sexual satisfaction," so the jargon.

When people talk about penis size, they are usually referring to penis length. If, a man has a short but wide penis, he may think of him as a man with a small penis. However, penis thickness is something that can be used as a separate satisfaction in having sex, although it is usually rarely recognized in the measure of sexual satisfaction.

Does the thickness of the penis contribute to sexual satisfaction? Is a long penis more important? Or maybe, penis size is not related to sexual pleasure? Check out some of the following explanations.

Penis size is not a measure of sexual satisfaction

Medical research conducted by The Journal of Sex of Social Medicine explained, not all women can be satisfied by a long penis. Based on the conclusion of this study, physiological studies explain that the vagina basically adjusts the size at the time the penis is entered, because of the flexible nature of the vagina when penetrated by the penis.

Researcher Stuart Brody states, "Men who are worried about the size of their penis are the result of stereotypes built by society, which state that men with small penises are not masculine men." Meanwhile, Barry Komisaruk from Rutgers University, who was not involved in the research, disagrees with Brody. According to him, penis size may indeed affect women who like to achieve vaginal orgasms, but not all satisfaction and orgasms can be achieved that way.

Why is a thick penis preferred by women?

Reporting from BMC Women Health , 45 out of 50 women felt sexual satisfaction from the thickness of the penis. It is not clear why a thick penis is preferred over a long penis, but the conclusion is drawn from the thickness of the penis, because a thick penis essentially provides stimulation to the larger clitoris when it is in the vagina. That is, a wide penis is likely to offer greater satisfaction in achieving vaginal orgasm, particularly in the clitoral area. If this is true, then penis size is not a measure of sexual satisfaction.

According to Ian Kenner, Ph. D, a sexologist and author of the book " She Comes First "States, women who complain that their partner's penis is small are women who cannot reach orgasm. Women are basically not concerned about size, because once they reach orgasm, penis size is no longer important.

What if your partner is insecure about the size of his penis?

Many men are proud of the size of a handsome penis, but there are also men who are insecure about the size of their penis. If you have a partner who is insecure about the penis he has, there are a number of things you can say to your partner to revive his confidence and assure your partner that his penis size does not affect your sexual relationship with your partner.

1. Again remind your partner, that penis size, not the main thing in achieving sexual satisfaction together.
