Materials needed:

  • 6 eggs
  • 175 grams of brown sugar
  • 175 grams unsalted margarine
  • 250 cooking chocolates (dairy free)

  • 40 grams of coarse oatmeal, roasted
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 poor apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fruit jam mixed with 1 tablespoon water for spread (according to taste)

How to make:

  • Heat margarine, cooking chocolate, and brown sugar in a container. Then stir until dissolved and chill.

  • 50 grams of almonds (or peanuts), roughly chopped

How to make:

  • Heat margarine, cooking chocolate, and brown sugar in a container. Then stir until dissolved and chill.
  • Steam the pumpkin until cooked then cool. Once cool, mix the pumpkin with oil, cinnamon and stir until blended.
  • In a different container, add a mixture of flour, baking powder, and salt while sifting and stirring evenly. Then add the eggs, vanilla and sugar in a bowl and beat well mixer until thick and creamy. Separate the dough into two different places.
  • One flour mixture is mixed with chocolate, while the other is mixed with the pumpkin mixture.
  • Pour the flour mixture into the pan. Smooth it out using a spoon or spatula and then coat it with the pumpkin mixture. And so on until the dough runs out.
  • Using a small knife, rotate the adoan slowly to create a marble effect.
