1. T-Sprint

The distance of cone A-cone B and cone B-cone C is 5 meters. The distance between the B-cone D cones is 10 meters.

3. Broken 100-Yard Sprints

Basically, this exercise requires you to run from cone to cone in a back and forth motion. You do this movement until you have run about 100 meters. Place 5 cones 1 meter apart between the cones. You run from the first cone to the second cone. Then back to the first cone, then run to the third cone. Immediately run to the first cone continued to the fourth cone. Return to the first cone then run to the fifth cone. Repeat from the beginning and repeat until you have covered a total of 100 meters.
