There are several ways to clean the body that are not quite right
1. Hands
You have heard and seen the advice to be diligent in washing your hands frequently. It may even be complemented by proper hand washing. Unfortunately, many people don't heed this advice until they end up washing their hands carelessly or just as little as possible.
Debra Hagberg, MT, CIC, as director at PDI Healthcare in New York, revealed that most people generally often make mistakes when washing their hands which are almost the same. Either because you only use water without soap, wash your hands in a short time, or just lather on the palms of your hands.

2. Face
Being obsessed with having a white, bright, and radiant face will unconsciously make you willing to try various facial care products. Or even use it excessively beyond the recommended rules. You are also not recommended to clean your face using only wet wipes, without rinsing it again with water and face wash soap. Do not forget, make sure to clean all parts of the face thoroughly until it is clean from soap and other facial products.
3. Scalp
Another mistake of cleaning the body that is often done by many people usually occurs when shampooing. Ideally, regardless of your hair type, shampooing should be done every 2-3 days a day. But no matter how routine you clean your scalp, in fact, sometimes there are still traces of shampoo and conditioner left behind.
If allowed to continue, traces of shampoo and conditioner that are not cleaned properly will build up, causing the scalp to feel itchy. As a solution, try separating some sections of your hair to make sure the water has rinsed all your hair strands.
Instead of using fingernails, use your fingers to massage your scalp while rubbing all of your hair until there are no lather of hair care products left.
4. Teeth
Similar to bathing that should be done twice a day, brushing your teeth is no different. If you want to have healthy teeth, brush your teeth regularly at least 2-3 times a day. However, it is not only the frequency of brushing that you must obey, but the duration or length of time you brush your teeth too.
Reporting from the Healthline page, ideally you should spend approximately two minutes to ensure that your teeth are clean free of dirt and food debris. Even so, not a few people think that the point is that they have brushed their teeth, no matter how long the duration of the time.
Regularly brushing your teeth until they are completely clean will help keep your teeth in prime condition. Don't forget, choose a soft-bristled toothbrush with the right size for the condition of your mouth and teeth, so that it can reach hidden areas.
5. Feet
The feet are one of the most neglected parts of the body when bathing. You may think that by pouring water over your head, automatically your entire body, including your feet, is clean.
In fact, feet that are not scrubbed properly may still have soap lather remaining on them. Forgetting to scrub and clean your feet while bathing, it will also keep your clogs or body debris stuck.
