Guess your sex life from the shape of your face (what are you like?)

Your face can reflect your personality. The reason is, your face shows your expression, age, and even the emotions you feel. Not only that, the researchers found that by paying attention to the shape of a person's face, we can guess the person's sex life. Is it true that the shape of a person's face reveals his sex life? The relationship between facial shape and sex drive

A study researched by Steven Arnocky and his team from Nipissing University in Canada looked at how facial shapes affect sex life and how people choose partners. The Canadian team of experts conducted two separate studies.

First research

The first study involved 145 male and female Canadian students (48 percent of whom were men) who were having an affair at the time.

They were tested by answering a questionnaire containing questions about their relationship with their partner, the sex drive they felt, and not to forget that the study also recorded the width, length, and shape of the participants' faces.

The results of the first study stated that people with round and wide face shapes have a higher sexual desire compared to people with small, oval and oval faces.

Researchers suspect that the cause of the above research results is due to puberty. The shape of a person's face that is affected by puberty and changes in the hormone testosterone can form a high sexual attitude and arousal.

Second research

The second study was carried out as a continuation of the initial research. Researchers involved more students in Canada, as many as 314 people.

The students were asked to answer questions about their sexual orientation, views about sex outside of marriage, and how loyal they were to their partners.

The results are obtained that people with round face shape and width on average have a tendency to have a relaxed relationship and don't want to be tied down. People with round faces are also considered less loyal from the results of this study.

Whereas people with faces that are slightly square are considered more dominant and aggressive during romance as well as in short-term sex. This finding holds true when compared with men whose faces tend to be oval and small.

However, these results are only preliminary observations that still require further research. Experts also conducted this research only to find out whether a person's face shape is related to other body functions, in this case, sexual function.

Apart from facial shape, what else can affect sex drive?

Apart from being predictable from the shape of a person's face, it turns out that your libido can also be influenced by certain things. Things that can affect sex drive include:

1. Your health condition

Normal sex drive is generally related to how well you are in health. If you feel that your sex drive is not high enough, there may be several health conditions that affect it.

For example, blood pressure that is too high (hypertension) or low (hypotension), lack of sleep, or even because you live an unhealthy lifestyle such as smoking or consuming too much alcohol.

2. The food you eat

Don't expect that if you are still eating bad foods such as fried foods, fast food, and anything that can trigger cholesterol, your sex drive can remain high.

These types of food can make blood flow less smooth, so that it can reduce arousal. Even the habit of consuming junk food can cause sexual problems such as impotence (erectile dysfunction).

Change your diet by starting to eat foods that contain antioxidants such as vegetables and fruit and omega-3 fatty acids from fish. In addition, foods that contain CoQ10 and lycopene can also help increase libido.
