Tazarotene is a drug used to treat psoriasis or acne. This drug is a retinoid product related to Vitamin A. Tazarotene works by affecting the growth of skin cells.

If you are using this medication in foam form, then shake the can before use. Medicine in the form of flammable foam. Avoid smoking or placing it near a fire while applying the medicine.

Avoid getting in the eyes, eyelids, or mouth, or inside the vagina. If the area is accidentally exposed to the medicine then flush with plenty of water.

Usual adult dosage for acne
